They have pulled the trigger, the have jumped over that bridge, they have overdosed.  The pain of life has overwhelmed them and they just need it to stop.  They thought long and hard about it.  How they would do it and how easy it would be.  The pain and anguish would be over.  The pressure of life would end.  What a wonderful thought....

The darkness burns.  The most horrible, smelly,  terrifying, indescribable creatures surround them.  They systematically cut, abuse and torture their victim.   Excruciating pain consumes your senses, invades your mind.   When will this be over?  When will I get a break?  When can I breathe again?  A grotesquely gnarled face responds to you in explicably shrill tones. - "Never!  This is just the beginning of your eternity, The beginning of your never ending end."

Nagasaki, 9/11, rape, Chinese torture, crucifixion, AIDS, severe cancer treatments- once your worst nightmare, now a found wish.

You raise your fist to the heavens and scream for your release and you are reminded that this is what you fought for; this is what you wished for.  A life without God...  All of your days you wished that He would leave you alone.  Now you have your wish.  Now you have eternity for your never ending end.
