Musing from a contemplative mind....
I set off an alarm at the Smithsonian
How many people can say that? Well I can, and I didn't even mean to. The Smithsonian is very serious about their artwork, which I must say is preplexingly simple at times. There is some artwork that you look at and you say, "did a five year old do that?" And then someone behind me, who is an impressionist looks at the same piece of work and says that it is a masterpiece. So I really don't get art. I would consider myself to be someone who sees things from odd angles; I am frequently the person that is a non-establishment thinker or that sees something that everyone else seems to miss. That doesn't make me better, or worse - but merely who I am, (cause that can be a blessing, but can also burn me.) So back to the art thing, who cares if you touch something, right.... apparently the good folks at the Smithsonian do. So the moral of the story, when you go to the Smithsonian, make sure that you go with other people that touch stuff so that you can get in trouble together.
Thats not a very good moral is it?
