Musing from a contemplative mind....

My mother and father in law are visiting this weekend and I have the unenviable task of being the "wingman" and keeping my slightly unstable, crazy father-in-law busy so that my wife and mother-in-law (who is a sweetheart) can have some quality time together. It's a little tough, we have nothing in common but no biggie, I know my job. But the funny thing is that they are from Maine and they told us that they would be coming around dinner time on Friday. So you would assume 6ish, yes? Nope, you along with everyone else outside of certain parts of Maine would be wrong -- Dinner = Lunch in Maine. So Mainers' have breakfast, dinner and supper. So they have been sitting in our driveway for over an hour thinking they were a hour late for dinner, when we are thinking they are three hours early for dinner. LOL - Crazy mainers, gotta love em'
