Musing from a contemplative mind....

Everything about vacation is cool execpt the morning after...the opressive reality that you are going to get back to normal.  And while we dread the normalcy of our lives, there is a comfort, if not a stability to it.  After all, when you see someone go through a whole bunch of difficulty in their lives the first thing that you hear them say is... if we can only just get things back to normal, life would just be grand.  Normal is a funny thing, its the thing we escape from and the thing strive to maintain.  That's not very normal, is it?
