Musing from a contemplative mind....

My wife and I lost our beautiful black lab to a car accident a month or so ago.  <sniif>  Now we are getting a cat.  Oooh, I really hate cats.  Last night I was over someones house and went to pet their cat (one of THREE worthless cats) and it lunged away from me like I was going to bludgeon it on the head with a club.  -- Eveyone had their interjection.  He just not used to your scent,  you moved to fast... blah,blah,blah.   None the less, we are STILL getting a cat.   This sucker has oh, about a month to become doglike.  I want it to be cuddly and roll over and - OH YEAH, I want it to fetch a tennis ball.  So I have impossibly high standards for my cat.  Need I remind you, I really hate cats.  --- BTW - we don't have a name for this mongrel so I am taking suggestions... something creative - no mittens, fluffy or other atypical kitty names, something with some charecter and pizazz.
